Unloading point for propane-butane, city of Dobrich – 2

In May 2011 was finished also the second stage, including the finalization of the rail unloading platform, thus increasing its capacity up to servicing 15 rail tankers. GASTEH - GAS, GASIFICATION, HEATING INSTALLATIONSGasification of a processing plant owned by the company ”STROYTECHPODEM-2002″ LTD, address – Ihtiman, is designed in October 2009 by GASTEH BG Ltd. The gas plant was built in November 2009 by GASTEH BG Ltd. and put into operation in December 2009 Owners realized over 30% savings and all environmental standards for pollution has been covered. Materials and equipment installed:

  • Three burners of company “RIELLO”, BS3 type with a maximum consumption 100nm ³ / h, which feed gas ovens for roasting nuts
  • Two boilers Residence 28 [kW] company again “RIELLO” for heating and domestic water and sanitary

The factory is located in a non-gasified area and gas is supplied by bottle groups of property “Metamodul” Ltd., designed and made by GASTEH BG Ltd. Gas regulating board is also designed and produced by a team of GASTEH BG Ltd. and is intended to reduce pressure from 220 to 4 [bar] up to 500 nm ³ / h.

“Gastec BG” LTD produces main switch-boards at a rate from 6 nm3/h. to  1300 nm3/h.. GAS REGULATORY PANELS are used for gas decompression. The panels are completed with the gas flowmeter, upon request. Main switch-boards can be output with pressure from 2 to 10 atmospheres. GAS REGULATORY PANELS are branded CE.

In 2010 “GASTEH BG” Ltd organized the delivery and installation of a pumping unit to supply the plant for filling bottles with domestic LPG owned “Synergon petrloleum” JSC, located in Sofia, Kremikovtzi region – industrial zone. Gas installation was designed by the engineer Lyubomir Arsov / arsov@nsc-bg.com /, built and put into operation in January 2010.
