In May 2011 was finished also the second stage, including the finalization of the rail unloading platform, thus increasing its capacity up to servicing 15 rail tankers. MAINTENANCE OF GAS AND HEATING INSTALLATIONS

GASTEH BG Ltd. provides warranty and after-sales service of gas and heating installations. For this purpose keep in stockmost of the consumables and wearing replacement parts.

The company provides subscription and maintenance of household, administrative and industrial sites running on LPG and methane under the Ordinance for construction, safe operation of transmission and distribution pipelines and facilities, installations and equipment for natural gas Ordinance for construction, safe operation and technical supervision of gas equipment and installations for liquefied hydrocarbon gases and Ordinance for construction, safe operation and technical supervision of the pressure equipment.
Some of the services GASTEH BG Ltd offer are:

  • Inspection, adjustment and repair of safety-exhaust valves and shut-offvalve, gas signaling systems, pressure switches and levelsignaling system, control-measuring devices and automation, electrical panels and electrical systems;
  • Periodic technical reviews of the high risk equipment / tanks, air tanks, steam and hot water boilers / and adjacent installations, including:

          - Internal and external review of pressure containers;
          - Radiographic control of pressure containers;
          - Calibration of the containers;
          - Performing tests for strength and density;
          - Testing of flexible hoses;
          - And others.

  • Repair and reconstruction of pressure equipment, gas and heating installations;

GASTEH BG Ltd provides control on the documentation on serviced sites and cooperate fully in the implementation of the inspection system conducted by the regional inspectorate of the State Agency for Metrological Audit.

In July 2011  was completed reconstruction of the gas installation of Unloading point for propane-butane in Sliven, owned by “TOPLIVO” AD. Were installed 6 units. tank for propane-butane at 50 m ³, BLACKMER compressor 361, pump BLACKMER 3″ for loading and unloadingand was a distinct point of filling of propane-butane gas for domestic use.
