In May 2011 was finished also the second stage, including the finalization of the rail unloading platform, thus increasing its capacity up to servicing 15 rail tankers. In November 2010 started the construction of the first stage of the construction of the most modern unloading point for propane-butane in the country and on the Balkans. It is owned by Toplivo P.L.C. The capacity of the installation is a simultaneous servicing of 8 rail tankers and 2 road transportation tankers. A compressor BLACKMER LB601L with a capacity of 108 m³/h was supplied and installed. The construction works were performed by Edem D2 Ltd. (http://www.edem-d2.com/). The installation became active on 27.12.2010 and could be used for loading and unloading of rail tankers to road transportation tankers and vice versa. The chief planner of the site is the famous Eng. Lyubomir Arsov (arsov@nsc-bg.com) and his skilled team.
