The gasification of the asphalt base of “Road Engineering” JSC

The gasification of the asphalt base of “Road Engineering” JSC has been designed in February 2010 by the team of “GASTEH BG” LTD. The gas plant was built in March and 14th of April was put into operation. The owners realize savings of 30% and met all environmental standards for pollution.

Asphalt mixing machine is a brand “AMMANN”, with a capacity of 200t / h, the burner is “OERTLI”, oil-gas consumption with a maximum 1540 nm ³ / h. The base is located in a non-gasified area and gas bottle is supplied by groups of property “Metamodul” Ltd., designed and made by “GASTEH BG” LTD. Gas regulating panels are also developed by a team of “Gastec BG” Ltd. and are designed to reduce pressure from 220 to 4 [bar] with a capacity 1600nm ³/ h.
